This Privacy Policy explains how Ondate ("Ondate", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use the Ondate mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Ondate, you agree to the practices described here.

Ondate is an 18+ anonymous dating service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service.

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), your consent (e.g. personalized ads and notifications, which you can withdraw), legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, improving the Service), and legal obligation.

These partners process data under their own privacy policies, including Google and AppLovin.

6. Advertising

Ondate is free and supported by ads. With your consent, our partners may use your advertising identifier to show personalized ads and measure their performance. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking), and manage consent where prompted in the app.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. 9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. You may also request deletion by emailing ondateme@gmail.com. Deletion removes your profile and personal data as described in Section 7.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Ondate is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the Service, we will delete their account and data.

12. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified in the app.
